It's been ~4 months since I started writing to you all weekly and the reception has been more than I could have imagined! Over 10,000 folks have subscribed; better yet, every week I receive tons of messages from you all on your challenges, backgrounds and aspirations - it's really fulfilling.
I started this newsletter because I am super passionate about teaching and sharing. A large part of the reason I have written so consistently on the internet over the past few years is because I want to help millions of people build the career of their dreams.
In that spirit I’m trying a new experiment - I am putting together a comprehensive course that will give people all the tools they need to really take control of your career. One of the most consistent pieces of feedback I have heard over the past 4 months since starting the newsletter is "I wish there was a place where all your writing was consolidated in a concise actionable format. Something I could refer to whenever I needed to dig on something specific in my life"
So I decided to try to build it. The course will cover everything I wish someone told me (including major lessons I learned at Harvard Law, McKinsey, and in scaling a business to $50M+ in revenue and exiting to private equity).
It won't be like usual online courses - it will be much more specific, focused and structured. Think tactical tools and strategic frameworks that set you up for success in answering each of the most important career questions. My intention with this project is to accelerate you by years - if we do this right, it should help you avoid painful mistakes and level up more quickly to achieve your goals.
